I can't say enough good stuff about Paul and his crew. He was the first to respond to my request for a moving estimate, and made sure that when I booked his services, I knew I was getting the best. In a world where moving company horror stories abound, a company that lives up to its promises is golden. Relocating is already stressful enough. On an utter crap weather day (a cold, slushy Wednesday in January), Paul and his men were on time (even a few minutes early) and worked a full 8-hour day. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. Not a single item received so much as a scratch - no small feat when moving a family out of a third-floor walkup on an icy day. They were thorough, quick and consistent even though the weather and the volume of stuff they were charged with moving would have tried anyone's patience. Instead, the crew was unfailingly courteous and professional. And let me also add that our final bill was 40% lower than anything I was quoted by other companies. Prompt, careful, thorough and cost effective? Why would you choose any other company?

Paul and his crew were phenomenal with our move. By far the best movers we have had the pleasure of working with. The did so well with efficiency and taking care of our belongings when we moved to MI that we contacted them again in the hopes that they would be available to move us back to the Chicago area. They are personable, on time and great at packing up a full house worth of items in a timely fashion. They will always be our go to movers!!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I've been skeptical with moving companies and was recommended Move4U by my friend. I am so thrilled with everything - they are low priced, extremely fast/efficient, and great guys who hustle to not waste time. They also disassemble and put together furniture. This is what a moving company should be. Paul was amazing. I never waited more than 5-10 min for a response from him...even with emails I sent after midnight. That was very good customer service and what impressed me from the get-go. Plus the quoted price was the lowest I've ever heard, and I was blown away. I was moving down the block in Old Town, and the quote was so reasonable for the whole move, plus an extra stop out in Lakeview. Even with that extra stop, the whole move took just under 3 hours. Dan and two other young men were doing the move and they were awesome! They were personable, and Dan was great to talk to. Like I mentioned above they were hella quick and did not waste time. I was moving out of a 4th floor apt with no elevator and they hustled to get everything out with extreme care, and then moving into my condo they were even quicker and set up everything nicely. I wrapped a lot of my stuff, but they had a ton of blankets to secure any heavy furniture. Seriously thank you, you made this a great experience. I will recommend you to all my friends if they ever need to move from their apt/condo in the city!! Appreciate all your hard work.

Wow. Move4U deserves the 5 star rating they have. My husband went through Yelp to get quotes from 4 different movers for our move. He chose Move4U because they responded quickly, seemed transparent with pricing/expectations and of course, offered the best quote. They quoted us for 4 hours and showed up on time (9am). We have a lot of big pieces of furniture that are a pain to get through doorways and are heavy. In the past, movers have said they "can't" or "won't" move specific pieces because it won't fit when in the end after a bit of back & forth they get it done. With Move4U they were completely self sufficient. They quickly broke down furniture, protected with moving pads, and dissembled doors or closets to get things through. They HUSTLED. Within 3 hours we moved our entire 3 bd, 1.5 bath coach house into our home 15 minutes away (an hour ahead of schedule which meant a less expensive bill). They were careful with our furniture, helpful, and positive. Moving is not a positive experience for me. It's a lot of work and comes with uncertainty of a new place (for me, at least). Move4U exceeded expectations and I would gladly recommend them or use them for a future move. Thanks Paul, Dan & team! Awesome job.

WOW!!! I think we call ALL agree Moving STINKS!! I Wish I had used THESE guys when I moved my stuff n2 storage!! These guys r GREAT!! Fast, Efficient, Professional, Courteous & on Top of ALL that Friendly & MOST Helpful!! They moved me n a 1/3 of the Time my 1st movers moved me Out & I had ALL my stuff boxed, packed & waiting n a corner of room 4 THEM!! Plus THESE guys had TWICE the number of stairs!! Listen 2 this I wasn't happy with the location of my couch & they moved it 2 VARIOUS locations UNTIL I WAS HAPPY!! Come on!! Who does That with NO ATTITUDE?? I CAN'T stand moving but IF or WHEN I EVER move Again THESE r MY MOVERS 4 SURE!! Spare yourself ANY Additional Headaches & If ure looking 4 Movers THESE R URE GUYS!! Thank you Dan, Paul & Vin U r ALL AMAZING & THANK YOU 4 my SMOOTHEST move EVER!! U guys were THE BEST!!!

moved from my storage unit that had my entire life in it to my new apartment. I've moved a lot...A LOT...and everything from the quote down to the last box being taken off the truck was by far the BEST moving experience I've ever had. The owners communicated with me. The movers were prompt, courteous, and just as nice as could be. There was one small boo boo that was really no one's fault, but I could tell the mover felt bad. There was a folding bookshelf leaning against the wall and it slid down and left a little rub mark on the wall. It was easily covered with the couch and won't take much to fix. I would use them again in an instant.

These guys are amazing. We priced out a number of other movers. Move4U responded very quickly, and their pricing was the most straightforward. We put down a $50 deposit to lock in the date, no problem. They reconfirmed prior to our move, and showed up right on time. We were not as prepared as I would've wanted to be, and they took it right in stride. They worked fast, hard and well, protecting a couple of our pieces perfectly. When they finished, the final price was right on target with the estimate. Thrilled with their work, and so glad I chose them. Thank you for the help!

They are the BEST! Top notch from beginning to end. They were courteous, efficient, professional and careful with all my stuff. They exemplify what moving dreams are made of. Forget the hardships of moving and hire these guys. You will be glad you did.

Very professional and friendly movers. Had a complex move from Chicago to Indiana with 5 stops (house, to apartment, to storage unit, back to apartment, back to original house). They were happy to work with me and had reasonable prices. I even had them add a 6th stop last minute and they were kind enough to do it. All our furniture arrived damage free. Packed our furniture very well. They were efficient and appropriately fast. I plan on using them in the future when I move again.

The guys from Move4u helped me move my one bedroom apartment from Lakeview to River North and they were great! They came in the evening and despite being the busiest time of the month, they were right on schedule (a little early even!). They took one look around the place and got right to work. The estimate they gave was right on (about 3 hours) and the prices were extremely fair. While other companies were quoting $500-$700, these guys came in and did it for just over $400! Arranging services was easy as well. They sent me an invoice for a $50 deposit which I paid online and the reservation was set. Payment at the end was easy too. They accept Zelle so nearly all forms of electronic payment will work. But don't forget to have a little cash on hand to tip the hardworking movers! 100% would recommend.

They did an excellent job moving my things, I would highly recommend! Prior to the move they were great at communication, I never waited more than a few minutes for a reply or answer to a question. During the move they were very fast and efficient, but were still very careful with my belongings. It was raining out and nothing got damaged or wet (I have a lot of breakables and white furniture so this was amazing!). They charge a low price compared to most movers and even disposed of my old furniture I didn't want for me. They helped make my move quick, easy, and stress free !

This moving company is wonderful. I had a moving company completely no call no show on my scheduled move and through a stroke of luck I connected with Move4U. They were responsive and professional and were able to provide me with same day service. They are also very affordable compared to other companies. They wrapped my large items and the team worked efficiently to load and unload my items for my move. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Excellent moving experience. Movers were on time, expedient, and exceedingly careful with our items. Movers also assisted with moving unwanted items to trash. Highly recommend - came in under budgeted quote.

Honest, reliable, fast as hell! These guys made our move unbelievably easy, all of our furniture intact, and the set-up into the new place was done without a hitch. The initial quote was incredibly reasonable, and the final price was less than expected-this absolutely stood out to myself and my husband since honesty is hard to come by these days. Already recommended them to my friend moving in a week and our next move in18 months will be with them!! Five stars is not enough! Thanks all for the easiest move!

The team at Move4u was amazing! They helped us move across the country - from Chicago to Los Angeles and did everything we needed and more - including packing (everything!), disassembling and reassembling furniture, transporting fragile items, and even considering the order they loaded and unloaded things to make sure we had everything we needed to care for our 16 month old daughter right up until the truck left Chicago to when it met us in California three days later. The team was extremely professional, kind, efficient, and positive. We couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking to move - even out of state!
